The business manages complex multi asset portfolios across bonds, repos, FX and OTC derivatives, and continues to expand its trading and operations capability in line with strong performance and new product growth.

The firm offers a highly collaborative, front office integrated environment where Operations plays a critical role in supporting the desk, ensuring robust controls, and driving efficiency across the trade lifecycle. This is a hands on and highly visible role working directly with traders, treasury, custodians, and senior stakeholders across the business.

The successful candidate will act as a key support for the Macro Trading Desk, taking ownership of trade support, collateral and cash management, reconciliations, and the resolution of complex trade and settlement issues across a wide range of instruments.

You must have strong experience within investment operations, ideally gained within an asset manager or hedge fund environment, with some exposure bonds, repos, FX forwards, and OTC derivatives including IRS, futures, swaptions, and bond options.

In addition to core operations responsibilities, the role will also involve active involvement in treasury support, including cash management and collateral optimisation, as well as ownership of reconciliations across cash and securities positions. You will also be expected to support NAV validation processes and assist with front office cash requirements.

Exposure to Broadridge portfolio management systems and database management tools would be advantageous, as would experience contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and broader operational projects.

This is a highly varied role with strong interaction across Front Office, Compliance, Custodians, Administrators, and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment where accuracy, judgement, and communication are key.
