CassonX are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a growing International Bank that continues to invest in its Operations function. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative Treasury & Payment Services team, where you will work in a varied, hands on operations role supporting the Front Office and liaising with departments across the Bank. To be considered for the role CassonX are looking to identify someone with experience gained within a UK or International Banking environment, who has a background in Treasury Operations and Payments. You will possess a solid understanding of Treasury products and their full trade lifecycle. Exposure to SWIFT payments, Treasury settlements, nostro reconciliations and regulatory frameworks will be highly advantageous.

In this role you will take responsibility for the accurate processing and settlement of Treasury transactions across a broad range of asset classes. Day-to-day responsibilities will include processing FX and Money Market trades, Interest Rate Swaps, collateral movements, whilst ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and within market and regulatory deadlines. You will manage daily cash positions, nostro reconciliations, margin requirements, SWIFT messaging and payment processing. In addition, you will work with Front Office, and other internal stakeholders to resolve queries, support audits, implement process improvements and contribute towards automation and straight through processing initiatives.
