Senior Project Manager – Operations Processes and Technology – Exchange Traded Derivatives (Futures and Options)

CassonX are privileged to have a long standing relationship with this Global Clearing firm, that gives access to their clients to trade most of the worlds exchanged traded derivatives exchanges. This boutique business offers a friendly and family orientated environment, unlike many of the major institutions in this market that can be quite political to work for, where good work is rewarded and recognised by the leadership teams.

To be considered for this exclusive role, CassonX are looking to identify someone with experience of leading Operations focussed projects for Exchange Traded / Listed Derivatives. You must have experience of managing complete project lifecycles, from idea to delivery, managing workflows, stakeholders and roadmaps, and have a strong appreciation for Operations trade lifecycles. Exposure to many technology initiatives is also beneficial, in particular XTP,  and how businesses have internal technologies, but also have to marriage technology with clearing houses, exchanges and clients. Your experience can be gained from a Tier 1 Banking institution, or Clearing House, Broker or Exchange. Professional change/project qualifications are distinctly advantageous.
