To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who has experience of working in a Crypto Operations environment. We are optimistic to identify someone who offers more digital assets experience than just Bitcoin and Ethereum asset classes, and maybe even some staking knowledge, but underlying an ability to work and understand new blockchain processes and coins. You must have experience of resolving trade discrepancies, and ability to ensure timely and accurate submissions and reviews of each transaction. Should you have any projects experience, especially around new digital assets, then this is deemed highly advantageous.

Whilst resolving issues or questions raised by clients or other departments is of paramount importance, you will process and monitor of all transactions, client requests and exceptions, to ensure they are actively resolving outstanding exceptions on a daily basis. This is for all digital assets that they encounter. You will also be asked to work on various initiatives to help identify any control gaps, inefficiencies and recommend appropriate measures to resolve these situations going forward.
