To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone with proven Loan Documentation experience, with emphasis on Syndicated transactions. This will include exposure to the working mechanics of the credit approval process and a sound understanding of Loan Market Association working practices. You will benefits from an understanding of key risks and associated control points in the transaction lifecycle, showcase an appreciation of KYC and compliance procedures, and an ability to contribute towards bringing a solution based approach to issues, working with the team to move transactions forward. Preference will be given to those with LoanIQ system skills.

Directly supporting the Front Office originators, the successful individual will support various types of documentation and review of contractual documentation and subsequent booking in operational systems. You will ensure all lending documentation is consistent with key terms and conditions of credit applications and all pre and post conditions are satisfied accordingly.
