Clearing Analyst (XTP System)- Exchange Traded Derivatives (Futures and Options)

CassonX are privileged to have a long standing relationship with this growing Global Clearing firm, that gives access to their clients to trade most of the worlds exchanged traded derivatives exchanges. This boutique business offers a friendly and family orientated environment, unlike many of the major institutions in this market that can be quite political to work for, where good work is rewarded and recognised by the leadership teams. Supporting global markets, all members of the clearing function do work on shift between 07:00 and 19:00 daily, and the firm supports hybrid working conditions.

To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone with experience of clearing as many listed derivatives asset classes across as many global exchanges as possible. Your experience can be gained from a clearing house, exchange, broker, investment bank or trading firm, it is essential you have used the XTP system, and preference will be given to those who have used either the SEALS system also. Should you have any wider knowledge of regulatory/transaction reporting, margins, brokerage/fees, and Give-in/Give-up processes, then this is distinctly advantageous.

This opportunity will see perform all clearing activities for Top Day, T0, T1 and T2 activities, and you must be aware of market clearing deadlines and be able to proactively resolve possible overnight trade defaults and issues. You will have access to many of the worlds derivatives exchanges, so ability to liaise and resolve trade discrepancies with the exchanges and clients is of paramount importance, and use various market systems accordingly.
