To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone with a background in a banking firm, with credit analyst training and exposure to Real Estate transactions. This will include experience of financial statement analysis and economic analysis (ability to read and interpret financial statements, ratios and credit reports), coupled with strong business writing and professional communication skills. Preference will be given to those with wider understanding of Treasury products.

This opportunity will see you undertake risk assessment analysis for lending propositions and to provide client relationship support for the Real Estate team in the Corporate Banking Department. This will involve completing Credit Propositions/ annual Credit Reviews (assess the credit worthiness of client companies) and generating financial ratios using internal programs to evaluate financial status.
