Analyst, Fund Oversight (Pooled Funds, UCITs)

CassonX are absolutely delighted to be recruiting for the major institutional Asset Manager, that boasts over $100bn in AUM. With emphasis on Equity strategies across 150+ funds, this company is looking launch new funds in Global Quant, and strengthen their exposure in Fixed Income Bonds. To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone with experience fund oversight, fund operations, or investment management operations. You will have knowledge of Pooled Funds and the mechanics of UCITs, with experience in EU, US and Cayman funds is preferred. You will benefits from wide reaching Fund Administration and Operations knowledge for Pooled Funds/UCITs, and strong ability to liaise with various investment managers, custodians and fund administrators, to support new fund launches and setups, transitions (subscriptions and redemptions) and ongoing Operations.

This role is brand new for them here in the UK, and will give opportunity to the successful person to help build and guide their Operations presence for Pooled Funds / Irish UCITs for the first time. Leveraging your knowledge of fund structures to support Fund Launches, Terminations and Restructures, you will solve complex problems relating to Fund Accounting, Operations and Tax as example.
