This business has been growing successfully since it’s inception, and feels more like a FinTech business in comparison to their traditional wealth management competitors, offering solutions to complex clients. This hire is available due to growth, and they are looking to add value, knowledge and expertise to their team by bringing in a specialist to deal with more technical and complex operational matters. They offer outstanding working conditions and a relaxed working environment, certainly in comparison to the demanding larger banks.

To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify a Payments specialist, who understands the mechanics of various different types of Payments, but also the importance of Payments in a financial services company. You will ideally come from a Treasury Operations background, where you have seen or understand all things associated with this type of function, including settlements of various asset classes, reconciliations and even cash management /forecasting / funding, but offer sound expertise in creating and supporting a risk robust and controlled function to delivery accuracy at all times.

Whilst this role is a BAU Payments role, managing the end-to-end client payment process, sitting in a wider Treasury function, they will be looking for you process all types of payments considering high accuracy and attention to detail at all times. There will be opportunity to work on various projects and the chance to grow and see more in the trade life cycle processes in time.
