CassonX are delighted to be recruiting for this prestigious business that offers custody and execution solutions via a platform to the wealth management sector. This business has been growing successfully since its inception, and feels more like a FinTech business in comparison to their traditional wealth management competitors, offering solutions to complex clients. They offer outstanding working conditions and a relaxed working environment, certainly in comparison to the demanding larger banks. They are hybrid, with 4 days in office each week.

CassonX are seeking a candidate with experience handling technical and complex operational queries within a custodial or buy-side environment, including asset/wealth management or platform operations. The ideal candidate is confident in addressing queries head-on, resolving complaints or operational issues, and assisting in the production of management information, while also supporting and mentoring less experienced team members.

This is a hands-on, all-round Client Services (Custody) role, where the Associate will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring service level agreements are met, and operational tasks (including settlement, cash management, corporate actions, transfers, and client reporting) are completed accurately and on time, and any breaks or exceptions are investigated and escalated as needed.
