CassonX are delighted to have been asked to recruit for this amazing $9bn Fixed Income focussed Relative Value Macro fund based in St James’s. To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone with 3 -9 years experience in Product Control role, with particular emphasis on Fixed Income and Rates products. Ideally you will have experience of working in a hedge fund, but they would accept someone coming from a Tier 1 bank. You must possess strong tech skills that includes either SQL, Python or Alteryx and be able to showcase at least degree education, but also a real common sense thought process to all that you do. This is because whilst there are other Product Controllers who work for the firm in other locations, this is the first hire in London and needs someone who will be excited to help grow the function in London. Experience of directly working with traders and their complex queries and investigations is of paramount importance, and tenacity coupled with dedication to do the best you can. We are looking for someone who is “keen”, and will embrace such a good opportunity.

In return for a successful video and face to face interview process, you will be rewarded with an incredibly varied role, working in a youthful yet talented company supporting all T+1 P&L Reconciliations and Valuations responsibilities.
