Business Development Manager – Fund Administration (Private Equity and Crypto)

CassonX are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for this global Fund Services provider who specialises in supporting Private Equity, Hedge Fund and Crypto Fund Administration. Their UK office is relatively small, and this boasts fabulous opportunity for someone to join them at the early stages, where you will have the chance to grow with the company, but also so will your career and the chance to build a team around you in the future. We are extremely excited about this opportunity, and know that the leader of their UK office would be brilliant to work for.

To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who has Business Development skills selling Fund Administration or Transfer Agency experience to the Alternative/Private Fund space (IE: hedge/PE/crypto funds). You will come from another Business Development type role in a fund administrator, and regardless how experienced you are, you will be able to demonstrate you can open doors and win mandates. Our client particularly likes the idea of identifying someone coming from a large Fund Administration business, where you are part of a much larger team, so you can join their firm and have a bigger role and the chance to be part of something special by helping them build their UK presence.

As they look to continue to expand their business in the United Kingdom, they require someone to drive new client acquisitions and increase revenue, by leading and managing the existing sales pipeline. To be successful in this role, it is envisaged you are a motivated and self-driven individual eager to contribute and grow with the organisation. Critical to your ability to perform this role, you will be required to be meticulous and team focus. The role will focus on selling Fund Administration services, especially in the Private Equity arena, however there is also opportunity for the successful person to move in to Crypto also.
