Reconciliations Specialist – Hedge Fund Operations – EXCLUSIVE ROLE

CassonX are delighted to be EXCLUSIVELY recruiting for this independent specialist Alternative Investment Manager, who are growing quickly and producing great results. They are a true multi-strategy business with their own funds, supporting and seeding talented managers with outstanding infrastructure as managed accounts, and even offering UCITS. Strategies include in Equity Long/Short and Event Driven on the discretionary side, to Systematic Macro, CTA and Statistical Arbitrage strategies on the systematic side. This company have plans to launch many new funds in the next year, and every employee is treated as a member of their family, and not just a person on their payroll. To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who showcases experience in various types of reconciliation (Cash, Position, Trade) and offers a controls mentality. Preference will be given to those coming from another Hedge Fund or Asset Management type firm, but they would also consider someone coming from the sell side and would like to be part of a growing and successful Hedge Fund. Preference will be given to those with Enfusion experience and who can start ASAP.

The role will be responsible to support a plethora of different funds and strategies; where the reconciliations are being outsourced to a major service provider, someone with plenty of experience, knowledge, and offers a “safe pair of hands” will thrive providing oversight of the new agreements and processes. You will interact with wider Operations and Front Office teams to investigate breaks, but as this role has become available due to an internal promotion, in time you will get opportunity to see wider operations and fund control functions if appropriate.
