About Noel

Noel has spent over 20 years working in talent acquisition, primarily in the Financial Markets area in London with some time also spent in New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

As a non-executive Director for CassonX, Noel works closely with the team to ensure that we are managing the ever-changing requirements of our markets and providing a high-quality service to our candidates and clients that we can be proud of. Noel has also worked with clients in the never-ending pursuit of effective DE&I strategies over the last 2 decades and is able to provide a consultative service to organisations that are looking to effect meaningful change.

You can find Noel at the weekends:
Providing a taxi service to his teenage children, killing a variety of plants in his attempt at gardening, or trying to fit a dog walk in before Chelsea play or the F1 race starts.

Things you can talk to me about:
Anything to do with motor racing, F1 or Le Mans in particular, ancient history, especially Greek or Roman, modern history such as the Cold War, favourite wines and which sci-fi book is the best.
