To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone with proven experience working in an Agency Loans Middle Office function. It is expected you will have wide knowledge across loan administration, payments, treasury funding, static data control, document management and safe keeping as example, for primary syndication and secondary trading processes. You will have knowledge of legal and compliance matters relating to agent functions and loan documents including facility agreements, security trust & intercreditor agreements, common term agreements & account bank agreements. Preference will be given to those with LoanIQ system skills.

Directly supporting the Front Office , the successful individual will do all things in a typical Agency Middle Office role, including acting as primary contact for and perform agent functions on a portfolio of syndicated loan transactions.
