To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify candidates with proven experience of working in a Collateral Management environment, directly supporting or with knowledge of Fixed Income Bond Lending (Agency) activities. It is essential that you have experience of GMSLA (Stock lending) and GMRA (Repurchase) trades and their collateral needs. Please note this role is not an OTC Collateral role, and your CV must showcase the required experience to be considered further.

The primary responsibility is to support all front office activity in Collateral Management and Agency Lending (Fixed Income Bond Lending and Repo). This includes ensuring daily exposure risks are covered including optimal collateral usage and timely resolutions of breaks and disputes, control framework and processes are adhered to throughout the team, ensuring all accounts are covered daily, whilst managing risk within the client appetite, an ensuring all reconciliation requirements (regulatory and non-regulatory) are captured and performed as and when needed thus ensuring all breaks are investigated, cleared or reported in a timely manner.
