To be considered for this exciting role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who is a “hands on” business analyst, who can work as a sole person concentrating on making this banks settlements function ISO 20022 compliant well before the November 2025 deadline. You must have experience of working on an ISO 20022 project and can demonstrate knowledge of the changes required, but can showcase experience and willing to perform testing, working with settlement agents (including testing) to make sure it is all synergised, and then assist with the final migration process. This role will largely require someone who is highly familiar with supporting workflows/workstreams/roadmaps of projects, and able to interact with business heads to make sure that they start the testing process timely, and document everything accordingly. Experience of supporting a SWIFT ISO 20022 project must be showcased on a CV, as well as supporting time critical workflows and acting as a business analyst for complete project life cycle through to delivery. Exposure to GLOSS and knowledge settlements processes is distinctly advantageous.

This 10 month long contract requires someone who can start by January, and will see you working inside of IR35 regulations (PAYE) and see you bring value to the project and support the Global Settlements and Clearing team effectively. Working with the relevant business heads, acting as a business analyst you will represent Global Operations in the project to migrate their settlements system to ISO20022 SWIFT messaging ahead of the deadline Nov 2025, ensuring documentation for each stage of the project is maintained and comprehensive. You will work with the Project Team to ensure the testing and planning to migrate is complete and satisfied, which will in turn mean you will coordinate and manage  the Go-Live activities and provide tracking to the Lead PM and Global Operations Management.
