CassonX is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an established international bank seeking to appoint a Client Services Analyst on a fixed term contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with at least one year’s experience within financial services, ideally in client services or relationship support type roles, who is looking to further develop their career within an established international financial institution. The role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients and internal stakeholders while gaining broad exposure across products, operations, credit and compliance.

To be considered, you will have experience working within financial services, together with some knowledge of lending products, trade finance, supply chain finance or cash management. You will be confident dealing directly with clients, managing enquiries, facilitating transactions and ensuring client requirements are handled in a timely, accurate and controlled manner.

You will work closely with Relationship Managers to support the structuring and execution of transactions, while also acting as a key point of contact between clients and internal departments. The role will also provide exposure to client onboarding, due diligence, account opening, credit applications, client static data and the ongoing administration required to support wholesale banking relationships.

This is a fast paced role within an international banking environment and would suit someone who is commercially aware, highly motivated and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
