To be considered for this varied role, CassonX are looking to ideally identify someone who has experience of working in a Crypto Operations environment, but this is not essential if you can demonstrate a background in OTC/ETD/Fixed Income/Equity. You will have exposure to a variety of responsibilities that includes supporting trade processing, settlements and trade lifecycles, recaps and confirmations, reconciliations of client money (CASS) and assets.  Should you have any wider knowledge of MIS production, regulatory reporting, staking / digital assets, then this is distinctly advantageous. However, they really need someone with VBA/Python/SQL technical skills, or process or system projects/enhancements, who can come in and automate what is quite manual processes and heavy usage of Excel.

This very broad role will see you as a more senior member of the team, directly supporting the Operations Managing, providing assistance to them when required. You will be the lead person on more technical challenges the Operations team, making sure that all OTC and Exchange based Crypto transactions and successfully completed for their institutional clients. There is of course a heavy emphasis in using your VBA skills to enhance and automate their Excel spreadsheets.
