Entry level role into Crypto Operations – any Client Services/On Boarding or Client Static Data experience required

Whilst this role is starting as 5 days in office, they plan to be hybrid within six months.

To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who has experience of working in an Operations or Middle Office role of a Financial Services company, with any exposure to Client Services, On Boarding, Client Static Data or Reconciliations / Controls experience preferred. They would also accept those coming from a trade lifecycle operations role, for instance in settlements, trade support, or collateral. You do not have to have crypto working experience to be considered for this fantastic opportunity, but if you do have any knowledge of digital assets experience like Bitcoin and Ethereum as example, then this is highly advantageous. It is beneficial to have experience of working directly with clients in resolving issues, trade discrepancies, or even ability to ensure timely and accurate confirmation and settlement of each asset class you have supported.

This exciting client facing role will see you support Operations with everything post KYC, validation and onboarding of new customers. You will provide verification of the new customer, maintain their details withing the internal systems, and complete all checks and create controls and restrictions for them to actively start trading. This is for all digital assets that they encounter. The company is about to embark on substantial growth and expected to double in size this calendar year, so there is outstanding career progression available for those who would be interested.
