To be considered for this exclusive role, CassonX are looking to identify someone with vast experience experience of  Exchange Traded / Listed Derivatives Operations. Your varied experience can be gained from a Tier 1 Banking institution, Clearing House, Broker or Exchange and the client requires someone who understands the mechanics of all clearing processes, how to reconcile broker and exchange positions, Fees/Commissions/Brokerage, Margins, Give In and Give Up, and not forgetting wide exposure to Exchange and CCP clearing and delivery platforms. It is distinctly advantageous if you have produced operational procedures prior.

This highly unique role will see you partner with the senior leadership to understand how they conduct their Operations, to then create a tailored and documented training programmes and resources/materials for all new joiners to review and digest, especially where they might be in other geographies and want to adopt the same processes as the London headquarters. It is a perfect opportunity for an experienced ETD Operations professional who is between roles, and would like to share their wealth of knowledge with those less experienced and almost act as short term Training Manager as such. This could involve identifying skills gaps, but also conducting workshops, courses and presentations accordingly.

This role will initially be a 3 month assignment, and it can be either as a contract inside IR35, or a fixed term contract hire. You must be available to start almost immediately to be considered.
