To be considered for the role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who is working in Loan closing role where experience of closing distressed and par loan settlements including trade claims is essential. Comprehension and familiarity of credit agreements, ClearPar and LMA/LSTA par/distressed loan documentation is needed, as is an understanding of the mechanics of a syndicated corporate loan. Direct Lending/ Primary markets exposure is essential for this role, but Secondary market loans and a background in alternatives or fund administration is distinctly advantageous, and so is a wider Operations knowledge of KYC processes, FX hedging, funding and reconciliations. You must want be able and willing to juggle multiple responsibilities in a very varied opportunity, especially when required to navigate and resolve time sensitive settlement issues.
