To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone at the start of their career and can showcase experience of working in a Trade Support or Middle Office role. You will have gained 1-2 years experience in FX, IRS/Bonds or Listed Derivatives and have familiarity of various types of reconciliations, working with Prime Brokers and Exchanges, and managing cash positions accordingly. You must be degree educated to be considered.

This broad role will see you support everything trade lifecycle post-execution, and particularly responsible for ensuring all trades allocated the previous day have been allocated correctly and reconciled with the member broker T+1. This will involve the allocation of global trades, supporting global clients and execution teams, working with prime brokers to make sure all trades are confirmed, matched and allocated,  and dealing with all investigations accordingly. You will have direct liaison with the front office to resolve client queries, process expiry and barrier events, margin calls due to clearers, swap clearing, cash bond clearing and chasing clients/clearers for any unclaimed trades to avoid trades defaulting (may include any reallocations, defaults, consolidated crosses, average prices by working with their executing brokers).
