To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify those who are smart, innovative and offer relevant industry experience in an Operations or Middle Office role. You must be able to offer knowledge in any of the major asset exchanged trade products (Equities, Fixed Income, FX/Currencies, Commodities or even Crypto) and be able to use Python (GO) highly proficiently, coupled with a genuine interest in technology and machine learning. You must also be able to demonstrate how you have used Python (GO) to help develop, automate or drive scalable solutions that improve efficiencies and reduce risk in the workplace to be considered. Any additional exposure to SQL is deemed highly advantageous.

This incredible varied role will see you support all aspects of the trade-lifecycles, and perform various types of reconciliations of cash, positions and trading activities to make sure everything is confirmed and settling perfectly. You will support all cash and non-cash collateral processes, and produce various reports for PnL, Risk and Treasury purposes, and this will involve you liaising with various counterparties, prime brokers and exchanges on a daily basis, whilst using your programming skills to build automation in their processes.
