To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify an individual at the start of their career, who has gained some strong experience in Investment Banking / Capital Markets with Excel and Powerpoint, to be able produce MI / KPIs / Reports for internal teams. This experience will be aligned to responsibilities affiliated  with Controls, Reconciliations/Investigations, Operational Risk or process reviews in Operations, CASS or Transaction Reporting functions. It is highly beneficial if you have gained Visio or Power BI exposure, or have created dashboards to review and mange this information.

This role will have high visibility across the whole of Operations, in a team that is growing quickly, and working in conjunction with 1LOD and Operational Risk functions. The idea of the Controls function is to support new business proposals, regulatory change and general initiatives to improve the way the department operates, whilst working closely with other Operations managers to map out key processes and identify inefficient processes, control weaknesses, procedural gaps etc. which require remediation. This will involve the product of MI / KPIs / KRIs / Dashboards in regards to Operations Risks and RCSA processes.
