To be considered for this role, CassonX is looking for someone who understands the full securities trading lifecycle, with solid knowledge of fixed income products such as bonds and repo transactions and Collateral Management, specifically repo triparty. They need to bring someone in who has this Triparty knowledge as this is a knowledge gap in their function. You must also be able to demonstrate experience of being a leader of staff and processes, coming from a seniority of at least AVP up to Director experience considered.

This role will oversee all things trade lifecycle focussed for Triparty (and Repo) including daily trade settlement, being the first point of contact for escalation, drive team performance against deadlines and controls, and lead strategic Ops initiatives (e.g. T+1, tri-party optimisation) and driving change by engaging stakeholders across the business.
