To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify a recent school leaver or graduate who is looking for their first opportunity to work in Operations. If you have an industrial placement or work experience in Financial Services Operations to boast, then this is deemed favourable but not essential. What they would like is someone who can only be described as a “grafter”. Someone who is willing to learn, intelligent enough to work things out whilst being hard working. You must be able to communicate professionally, and willing to absorb guidance from some very experienced colleagues. An appreciation for technology would be advantageous (Excel, VBA, Python, SQL). No sponsorship is available for this hire.

In return, you will be given opportunity to work in a team of highly skilled subject matter experts, where you will support all daily activities for all margining requirements, including reconciliations, for bilateral OTC, ETD, Repo, Clearing and PBA counterparties, clearing houses and custodians. You will be given opportunity to learn all aspects of various regulations (SFTR/SFTI, EMIR, MIFID, UMR/UMIR) and documentation (CSA, ISDA, GMRA, PBA) affiliated with Collateral Management.
