CassonX are delighted to be recruiting for this highly recognised name in International Banking world. This business is a prominent member of the Association of Foreign Banks, whilst offering boutique working conditions supporting their Private Banking, Wholesale Banking and Treasury focusses. CassonX has had a longstanding relationship with this client, and know that even though they have had a lot of change over recent times, like many other similar small banks have had to adjust to new regulations, they have a very highly imaginative leaders in the business that provide new ways of thinking at all times.

To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking for someone with proven experience of working in Treasury Operations to be considered, that certainly includes FX/MM and Fixed Income Settlements, but also including Payment and Reconciliations. Any further appreciation and experience of Derivatives, and Transaction Reporting would be most beneficial. This role does ideally require someone who has experience of authorising other employees work, however they would be willing to bring on a Treasury Operations SME who would be happy to hold this title.

This very varied role will see you provide oversight to the internationally based Operations processing centre, hence why you need superior Treasury Operations experience. Acting as Oversight, you primary responsibility will be to make sure that this offshore processing team is doing everything correctly, but also provide guidance on new products, supporting new procedures, making sure transaction reporting is working perfectly, and of course providing value to the Treasury Operations function.
