To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who has experience of making sure compliance rules are well maintained in Bloomberg, and supporting the resolution of trading issues and administering the trade and transaction regulatory reporting. Exposure to any of CMGR, REC or RHUB provided by Bloomberg is distinctly advantageous, but will support those who offer exposure to coding of compliance rules and investment restrictions in any OMS. Should you have wider knowledge of supporting Equity trades in an Order Management System, where you are familiar with loading position files and recs onto the system, then this is highly advantageous, also if you have managed and participated in any Bloomberg vendor relationship management and service calls/videos. Your experience will have been obtained from working in an Asset or Investment Management / Custodian business and worked on various projects too.

The purpose of the role is to support the head of projects and order management systems support in making sure all their trades are processed correctly in Bloomberg’s OMS, whilst delivering change for operations, whilst acting as first point of contact for their relationship with Bloomberg:

Responsible for Compliance Administration, predominantly coding rules for IMA’s, FCA COLL, Scheme Particulars and Prospectuses in Bloomberg’s Order Management System.
Making sure all Trade Support responsibilities are covered for their Equity trades in Bloomberg’s Order Management System.
Working with the Front Office for trade investigation processes, reviewing, investigating and rectifying trade violations.
Business analyst and project management responsibilities to support business requirements, initiating improvements in the current processes and producing project deliverables.
Responsible for the day-to-day Bloomberg relationship, escalating issues to the Bloomberg Relationship Manager and chairing Service Review Meetings.
Responsible for ensuring the security of key systems by managing system access and keeping a log of all system users.
Lead and provide support on operational projects for processes and business requirements
