To be considered for this varied role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who has experience of working in an Operations environment, and would like to start to forge a career in the Crypto/Digital Assets world. You will have exposure to a variety of responsibilities that includes supporting settlements and trade lifecycles, reconciliations of client money and assets, investigating client enquiries or even the onboarding of new clients including KYC/AML checks. This knowledge can be gained from a Trading Firm, Exchange, Prime Broker, or smaller Hedge Fund or Asset Manager where you have seen a few processes in Operations, and suits someone only a few years into their career. If you come from a buyside background then knowledge of the subscriptions and redemptions process is very useful.  Should you have any wider knowledge of Crypto/Digital assets, then this is of course advantageous, however exposure to MIS production, regulatory reporting, staking, VBA/Python/SQL technical skills, or process or system projects/enhancements is also beneficial.

This very broad role will see you provide additional support to this fast growing company with ever increasing volumes of work. You will be part of the tram that makes sure that all OTC and Exchange based Crypto transactions and successfully completed for their institutional clients, primarily dealing with trade lifecycles and investigating and discrepancies or client enquiries.
