Head of Operations / Deputy COO – International Bank (Exclusive Role)

CassonX are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for the International Bank that is a member of the Association of Foreign Banks. This company are looking to hire someone to lead the Operations function, but also take some other responsibilities that would typically be performed by a Deputy COO or Deputy Branch Manager. This small but stable company to work for will provide an opportunity to grow, have a long-term career, and is indicative of their very hands-on approach and “everyone mucks in” mentality, to successfully run a branch of an international bank.

To be considered for the role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who has experience of running an Operations function of an International Bank, where you will be exposed to teams that perform Back Office Loans, Trade Finance, Payments, Treasury Settlements, Cash Management and General Banking (current account) duties. Candidate with a short notice period are highly preferred.

You must be a hands-on leader to be considered, with experience of managing various projects derived from regulatory changes, or advancement in technology or processes, but preference will be given to those who have deputised or supported a COO / General Manager in looking after things like Business Continuity, Operational Risk, Corporate Services, Technology / IT, Finance and HR.
