To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who has strong exposure in Transaction Reporting, the role will consist of day to day BAU as well as a strong element of Controls to support the ongoing development of this team. Accurately ensuring the reporting of transactions is in accordance with MIFIR and EMIR regulatory requirements as well as REFIT and SFTR regulations. The business is looking to identify those who want to make an impact in the role and can comfortably add value by looking at ways to improve current systems and processes along side their in house IT team.

The ideal candidate will come from a Trading background with knowledge of CFD products, and is an SME in Transaction Reporting as you will be expected to handle Senior duties such as handling stakeholder relationships, liaising with IT to improve efficiency, verifying reporting and more.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurate and timely reporting of transactions in accordance with MIFIR and EMIR regulatory requirements
• Analyse trade data and transaction reports to identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information.
• Maintain regulatory reporting systems and platforms used for transaction reporting.
• Improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and control processes. Develop and implement enhancements to reporting workflows, systems, and controls to streamline operations and mitigate risk.
• Keeping up to date with current and new regulations.
• Product knowledge of CFD’s as well as Equities, Commodities etc.
• Verifying daily reports.
• Ideally exposure to Python or SQL.
• Communicating with Stakeholders.
