Our candidate charter
- We will get to know you before representing you, likewise we meet with the client before sending you to meet them.
- We will help you to construct your CV if required..
- We will meet with you prior to interview to ensure that you have all available knowledge for the role and to run through any key points that you should mention.
- We will proactively seek testimonials from current and/or previous employers to aid your application.
- We will ask you how your search is going as we are keen not to duplicate applications.
- Should you request that we make contact with five SMEs we will be pleased to do so on your behalf.
- If you recommend someone for a role advertised with CassonX, and they are appointed, we will reward you.
- You will be asked to prove that you have the right to work in the UK.
