At CassonX, we do not proactively approach potential candidates that are employed by clients with whom we have an existing supplier relationship. However, if a candidate who is employed by one of client, reaches out to us or applies to a role we are advertising, then we have a duty of care to support their search. We will not directly reach out to an existing employee of a firm we have an agreement to supply, with the intention of placing them within one of our open roles.
