We have managed to be at the forefront in our market by partnering with our clients and helping them every step of the way in finding the right people for their vacancy.We recruit for a broad spectrum of firms from Asset Managers and Investment Banks to Clearing Houses and FinTech. Our market intelligence led approach means we are always up to date with regulation changes and salary benchmarking.

- We predominantly utilise our exclusive database and search through clients' competitors in pursuit for relevant profiles. We also advertise our roles anonymously, and use tools like Linked In to find new talent.
- We aim to send relevant CVs within 48 hours of receiving your instruction, considering DE&I at all times.
- We will not recommend a candidate unless we deem them suitable for the role.

Our unique database
At CassonX we have an incredible reputation in our specialism, built from our ethos of always focusing on our client and candidate experiences. This means that although we do still use sites like LinkedIn to find suitable profiles, we also have our network and database to draw upon. We have a pool of over 9,000 contacts who are connected to us via their previous experiences with CassonX. We build such strong connections with our candidates and clients by taking the time to listen and really understand their responsibilities and challenges. We also keep abreast of industry regulations and salary expectations.
Our Promise
At CassonX, we do not proactively approach potential candidates that are employed by clients with whom we have an existing supplier relationship. However, if a candidate who is employed by one of client, reaches out to us or applies to a role we are advertising, then we have a duty of care to support their search. We will not directly reach out to an existing employee of a firm we have an agreement to supply, with the intention of placing them within one of our open roles.
